Creative Valentine's Day Ideas?

Valentine's Day is right around the corner.  I'll be honest, I don't really get into much.  We exchange small gifts and cards that's about it.  I was thinking about doing something different this year, but I'm not sure what.  Later this week on Marriage Diva I have a post giving couple ideas of things they can get/do together, but I've done those.

Does anyone have anything super creative they've done for their spouse/bf/gf/lover for Valentines Day?
